It says "Go To Wiki Page" You type in there what you want your wiki to be named then click "go!" When the page has loaded if it says "This Page Is Empty" Then you may click edit and make the wiki into whatever you want as long as it complies with the Elftown - Rules. If the wiki comes up and is already in use then you must try another wiki name. If this has confused you you should visit Wiki or Wiki_Intro, they are wikis on how to make (and use) wikis.
